Buffalo Chicken Dip

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

2 cups cooked & shredded chicken breast

¼ cup butter (half a stick)

1 bottle Buffalo Sauce (I use Franks)

1 (8 oz) cream cheese

½ cup ranch dressing

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

1 cup shredded cheddar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt butter in a skillet and add shredded chicken breast and buffalo sauce.  Let simmer for 15 minutes.  Meanwhile, in a shallow, quart size baking dish, press cream cheese down to cover bottom of dish.  Pour ranch and blue cheese crumbles over the cream cheese.  Spread your buffalo chicken mixture over the top of the blue cheese crumbles.  Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.  (You can sprinkle more blue cheese or green onions on top as a garnish if desired.) Serve with tortilla chips, celery, or whatever your heart desires!
