Corn Dip
2 cans Mexicorn, drained
1 can diced green chilis
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Serve with Freeto scoops!
