Bacon Chicken Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 lb cooked and chopped bacon – save about 4 pieces for garnish
- 1 cup sliced green onions, divided for garnish
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Place cream cheese in dish and microwave until very soft. Stir in ranch dressing until well combined. Add chicken, sour cream, crumbled bacon, ½ cup green onions, pepper, and 1 cup shredded cheddar. Top with remaining cheddar. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining bacon and green onions.
