Ingredients:
1 quart fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 large ripe peach, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream or Creme Fraiche or whipped cream
3 Tbs. chopped almonds, toasted
Instructions:
Puree strawberries and peach in a food processor with pineapple juice. Combine with chicken broth. Chill for several hours. Garnish each bowl with a dollop of cream and toasted almonds.
