Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground sausage

1 (8 oz) cream cheese

1 (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 ½ – 2 cups Bisquick

Mix sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese together.  Add in 1 ½ cups Bisquick – add another ½ cup if needed.  Roll into 1 inch balls. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Place balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
