Ron’s Chicken
Ingredients:
6 chicken boneless chicken breasts
8 slices boiled ham
8 slices swiss cheese
½ cup butter
½ cup flour
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
¼ cup cooking sherry
Place one slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast and fasten with a toothpick. Melt butter in frying pan. Flour chicken and lightly brown in butter. Place chicken in oblong dish. Dilute soup with milk and sherry. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover the last five minutes of baking.
