Mama Kate’s Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 bag large elbow macaroni
1 large box Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 stick butter
Milk
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Bring pot of water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain macaroni and return to pot. Add butter, Velveeta, milk. The amount of milk is your preference. We like ours soupy. I never let it completely cover the noodles, though. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Make sure to keep heat low as high heat will scorch the milk and cheese.
