Ingredients:
6 -8 oz. Turkey breast, diced
2 cups Monterey Jack, shredded
8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup Parmesan, shredded
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Monterey jack, parmesan, and sour cream. Mix until well incorporated. Add turkey, nutmeg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well. Pour dip into cast iron skillet. Top with bacon and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook at 425 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes. If you need to brown up the top, broil on high for 1 -2 minutes. Serve with crackers or baguette.
