Ingredients:
15 jalapenos
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar
30 slices bacon
Directions:
PUT ON GLOVES! Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Clean out seeds and the white membrane. Put in a bowl of ice water if you want to cut the spicy heat. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together. Press mixture into jalapeno halves. Wrap each half in a slice of bacon. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or smoke/grill at 250 for 2 hours.
