Jack-o-Lantern Buffalo Dip

Ingredients

2 cups chicken (cooked shredded)

8 oz. cream cheese (Cubed)

1 oz. ranch dressing mix

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

2 tubes of pizza dough

4 – 8 oz cubed Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll one tube of pizza dough.
  4. Cut out 3 triangles, 1 toothy grin, and 1 stem.
  5. Set on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  6. Bake for 12-16 minutes until pieces are golden brown.
  7. Cut block of cheese into 15 pieces.
  8. Cut 3 rectangles from the remaining dough and unroll the other tube of dough and cut it into 12 rectangles.
  9. Set one piece of the cheese in the center of each dough rectangle.
  10. Attach opposing corners of the dough, then pinch around the edges to seal the dough.
  11. Pinch and roll into a ball.
  12. Set balls of dough around the edge of the buttered skillet, creating one row of 15.
  13. Mix together the cream cheese, buffalo chicken sauce, ranch dip, sour cream, ⅔ cup cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack cheese, and shredded chicken.
  14. Spoon into the center of the skillet.
  15. Bake for 32 minutes then remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese over top. Add the Jack-O-Lantern eyes, nose, grin, and stem.
  16. Heat for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  17. Serve hot.
