Ingredients:
4 oz. fresh hot coffee
1 1/12 oz Irish whiskey, such as Jameson
1/2 oz simple syrup (or 2 tsp. sugar)
Fresh whipped cream
Directions:
Combine whiskey and syrup in the bottom of a clear heat proof glass mug. Top with coffee and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately. If you like it less sweet, you can cut your syrup amount in half. Also, you can pour your cream into coffee over the back of a spoon if you don’t want to whip it.
