Holly’s Hot Cocoa Mix
3 c. Non fat dry milk powder
2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 c. Unsweet cocoa powder
3/4 c. White chocolate chips
3/4 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 t. Salt
Add white and semisweet chocolate chips and powdered sugar to food processor and mix until chips are finely ground. Transfer to big mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients and stir until completely blended. Transfer to airtight container. Store up to 3 months.
To make cocoa:
Add 3 heaping tablespoons of mix to 1 c. Hot milk. Stir well to melt chips.
