Holiday Pineapple Cheese Ball
Ingredients
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
ΒΌ cup drained crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
Instructions:
Soften cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt, and 1 cup pecans.
Form into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
