Mint Brownie
Bottom Layer:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
2 cups chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 9×13 pan for 30 minutes. Cool
Middle Layer:
½ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup creme de menthe syrup
Mix butter, powdered sugar, and mint; beat until fluffy. Ice cooled brownies and refrigerate until firm.
Top Layer:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
6 TBS. butter
Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Cool slightly and pour over mint icing. Cool entirely and cut.
Note: These freeze well.
