Big Jon’s Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 lb. ground sausage

½ onion, cut in a small dice

½ green pepper, cut in a small dice

1 roll Ritz crackers, finely crushed

2 eggs

1 TBS. Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 tsp pepper

1 cup ketchup

2 TBS brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT for the ketchup and brown sugar.  Shape into loaf. Place on baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  While meatloaf is baking, mix ketchup and brown sugar together. Pour evenly over meatloaf and bake an additional 15 minutes.
