Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups half and half
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 avocados, finely diced
3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
1 Tablespoon grated onion
1 cup chicken broth
Garnishes:
Fresh chives, finely chopped
Bacon, crisp and crumbled
Almonds, toasted and chopped
Tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
Directions:
Combine yogurt, cream, salt, and pepper. Add avocados, cucumbers, onion, and chicken broth. Chill overnight. Serve very cold with garnishes sprinkled on top.
