Ingredients:
Slaw Mixture
1 (16oz) bag of angel hair slaw
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup salted sunflower seeds
2 pack ramen noodles, uncooked and broken up, any flavor – discard flavor packet
4 Tbs butter
Dressing Mixture:
⅓ cup rice vinegar
⅔ cup olive or avocado oil
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce (I prefer low sodium)
2 Tbsp honey
Directions:
Mix angel hair slaw, sliced green onions, and sunflower seeds together in a large bowl. Melt butter in skillet and add broken up ramen noodles and saute until golden brown. Cool and add to slaw mixture. While noodles are cooling, mix all dressing ingredients together. You can whisk in a bowl or add to a jar, close the lid tightly and shake to combine. Once dressing is mixed, pour over the slaw. Serve immediately.
