Rack of ribs
Mustard
Smoking rub (We used Weber)
Squeeze Butter (We used Parkay)
Pure Maple Syrup

Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees. (We used a Pit Boss pellet smoker with hickory pellets.)
Step 2: Remove membrane from back of ribs. Rub both sides with mustard. Shake smoking rub over mustard and pat in. Put on smoker for 3 hours.
Step 3: Lay out a long piece of aluminum foil on your workspace. Squirt butter in 3 rows. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Drizzle maple syrup over brown sugar and follow with lines of bbq sauce. Place ribs face down on mixture and wrap in the aluminum foil. Put back on the smoker and smoke for 2 hours.
Step 4: Remove ribs from smoker and unwrap. Brush with your choice of BBQ sauce. Put back on smoker for 1 hour.
Notes: We did several racks of ribs and used a variety of BBQ sauces on the different racks. We used Sweet Baby Ray’s, Corky’s, Kroger Private Selection Peach, Kroger Private Selection Carolina Sauce.
