- The South is surviving the great ice storm! It’s been bad. Trees down, people blocked in, no electricity, freezing temps
- Joni kept electricity which is nothing short of a miracle. Please continue to pray for those suffering through the cold
- We are seeing the best of humanity and the worst of humanity. We’ve talked about emergency preparedness and this is the time. Be prepared. Listen to the old timers – they have wisdom because they’ve lived through it.
- Hard times build wisdom and resilience and the south will come out better because of all this suffering.
- The weather people need to quit with all the fear mongering – it’s becoming the little boy who cried wolfe
- Meanwhile, St. Louis got 10-12 inches of snow – but Holly was prepared! We are preppers!
- Holly did tell her family to fill their tubs in case the electricity out so they can flush the potties.
- Tim is overdoing his 3-D printing skills… He might need some help!
- The Broyles are heading to Louisiana in March for a wedding. Tim isn’t concerned for Joni – he’s concerned that the water might freeze in Louisiana and he won’t have his crawfish!
- We are excited about Indiana winning the National Championship, but Holly might be overly excited and is scaring 13 year old boys.
