Joni’s Oreo Balls
Ingredients:
1 regular package of Oreos (do not use double stuff)
1 (8oz.) box cream cheese
1 – 2 packages chocolate almond bark
*colored dipping chocolate to decorate (optional)
Wax paper
Directions:
Using a food processor, crush oreos to a grainy texture. Mix crumbs with cream cheese until well combined. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Roll oreo dough into 1 inch balls. Freeze for 15 minutes or until dough is no longer soft. Melt almond bark in microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until fully melted. Dip balls into melted chocolate, fully covering. Remove with a fork from underneath the ball letting the excess drain back into the chocolate. Place on wax paper to let the chocolate bark harden. Decorate as you wish.
