Ingredients
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 Tbs. chili powder
- 2 Tbs. cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp of your favorite grilling season
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. Dredge your pork into mixture and coat on all sides. Grill or cook as you normally would. *Note: Be careful of putting above open flame and sugar will burn.
